Situation exceptionnelle

A lovely hotel with an insane view! I only stayed here one night but the staff were so nice and very helpful. The hotel had bikes you could use which came in handy when going for dinner, I went to a local place down the road and cycling made it 2 minutes away rather than 8 which was great as a solo traveller at night! Hotel felt safe and secure with extra security bolts on the room doors.

Great river view from our balcony. The room was clean and comfortable for the price. The restaurant terrace was a nice place to sit at night. We enjoyed running along the track by the river in the morning. A good stopover hotel.

The staff makes this place. Very friendly and helpful. Our room had a fantastic view over the river and was clean. The hotel is tired and the common areas are not that clean. Breakfast was good. We enjoyed the pool too. Don’t have too high expectations. Short walk to restaurants along the river.

The view was excellent on the Mekong River. The location was central. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Bikes were available for free use. The bed was comfortable. Stayed for 14 nights and overall, I was happy.

“One night, nothing extraordinary”

We stayed only a night, so cannot judge a lot about this place. It had all we needed. The staff was nice and played with our kid while we were eating - great service so we can have 5min in rest. You can borrow umbrellas and it is in walking distance from the Chiang Mai/Chiang Khong bus stop in Chiang Khong (400m). We booked the agency for slow boat to Luang Prabang recommended by the hotel and it worked out smoothly.

My room looked out over the Mekong so it was great to just sit and enjoy the view. Staff were also very helpful and helped me check in earlier than anticipated. Food in the restaurant was very good for lunch and evening meals.

Great place, all clean and good. Annoying, random loud click from my air con kept me awake though. Bed was very Comfy,breakfast was standard Thai / European fair.

Fantastic view over Mekong from picture windows and balcony. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Well appointed. Good bathroom. Plenty of storage.

Excellent location for a few days relaxing before crossing to Laos. Right on the promenade so great for a morning run. Lovely view of the Mekong, 7-11 nearby. Nice pool, good food in the restaurant, very friendly staff arranged our "slow boat" tickets, we enjoyed our stay and extended it.

Super warm welcome from reception. Room was spotless & overlooking the river. Magnificent views of Laos and the Meakong River Breakfast there wasn’t much choice and everything was cold. Hotel should invest in a coffee machine and make a variety of eggs to order so breakfast is warm Would I stay here again. Absolutely I would

“Unexpectedly very good - let down by the blocked fire escape”

This hotel was really very nice. The staff were charming and helpful, particularly the reception staff. We didn't use the pool which looked very pleasant. We did use the free bicycles to ride along the river cycle path and into town, they were not well maintained but did the job. The bed was comfortable, the shower great and we had a lovely balcony overlooking the river and enjoyed a good dinner and breakfast at the hotel on the patio overlooking the river. The staff kindly did us a vegetarian dinner which was much appreciated.

Free bikes to enjoy the cycle path along the river promenade! Clean pool and quiet hotel. Staff helped organise a transfer to the Laos Friendship bridge to cross the boarder.
