The breakfast was very basic but the quality was good. The location was about 1 km away from the Walking Street but had the advantage of offering a lot of parking space

Lovely hotel with view of the Mekong River.from the breakfast area. Nice wood construction, comfortable and clean. Quiet location. Has limited offroad parking for motorcycles, bit secure.parking is not really needed in Chiang Khan.

Comfortable and functional. Spotless clean. Bicycles to use for free. The walking street is just a 5 minutes bicycle ride along the Mekong away. The fish rice soup for Breakfasts was delicious.

Large room and bathroom, good breakfast, and nice staff

The place was very clean and there was a continental or thai breakfast served every morning. The owner was very friendly and assisted us with booking a taxi for a day, which allowed us to see various attractions around Chiang Khan.

Great location and jusr a short walk down a very quiet road to Walking Street. Only 50 metres from the broadwalk along the Mekong river and a short drive to the Chiang Khan Skywalk. Really friendly and helpful staff.

Amazing super friendly staff that looked after her guests very well. Though language barrier compromised first-hand information, her hospitality is impeccable. Breakfast provided was more than sufficient and delicious, especially the congee :) the location is probably not at the centre of walking street or by the river, but it is not too far to walk or there are free bikes to use too. The price is good value for the services you receive. I will definitely stay here again.

good location at the very end of the night market street but only 600 mts walk to where the market starts and a pleasant walk a,ingrowing the river at sunset. Monks feeding ceremony starts outside the hotel just before sunrise and a bell rings loudly to inform everyone but I guess this happens all @long the route. Nevertheless was good to see the ceremony.

Very good value for money. Super clean and friendly. Nice simple breakfast. Good location, away from the crowded central part of Chiang Khan, but still within walking distance (or borrow one of the free bicycles).
