The owner/manager was extremely friendly and provided us with excellent suggestions of nearby places to visit. None of the rooms have tv's, which for us was a breath of fresh air. The resort is nestled higher up on Soi 4, only a 10 minute walk to Walking Street and a plethora of restaurants. The room was very well appointed, modern and clean. The location is peaceful, with no loud motorbikes, barking dogs, or cooing pidgeons. If you don't mind being right on the Mekong, this is the perfect spot to be in Chiang Khan.

Perfect place for a relaxing stay. Close to the Mekong, walking distance. Comfortable room and an owner always ready to help. Room is super clean. We loved it

The owner was friendly and helpful, and upgraded my room, which I was grateful for. The hotel is very nice, very comfortable, perfectly located a little way away from the main tourist strip and near the bus station. It was very peaceful sitting on the balcony in the morning.

“Great hotel, in quiet street, within walking distance of walking street”
Great hotel, in quiet street, within walking distance of walking street. Great rooms. We got a free upgrade on to a superior room. The owner Krai is a very friendly man. He speaks English. After our stay, he insisted on bringing us to the bus station. Would definitely recommend. Would love to come back someday.

A short walk from the walking street of Chiang Khan so it is peaceful and has a nice view. The owner was very kind and gave us a free room upgrade as there were no other guests in the upper rooms when we stayed. Basic facilities but did the job well and no complaints

“Great Stay at Chiang Khan”
Say-thong was a very friendly host.The hotel is also located in a quiet neighbourhood. In addition, the famous Chiang Khan Walking Street and 7/11 is within 5 minutes walking distance as well.

“Very comfortable hotel but far from river”
