Poor service upon check in, wrong key and wrong room were given and staff disturbed us during the night to give the correct room to the other guest. Inappropriate behavior from staff was very offputting for this incident.

“Great staff, great location”
Staff were excellent. facilities good, breakfast very good, something for all tastes. Nice scenic location on the river. There is plenty of parking and there are ramps about the place for people who need that facility.

“Great place to stay”
The location, right on the Mekong River. Only a few kms from walking street. The pool was great for these hot days. Breakfast was good..
