Hotel looked quite clean and modern as opposed to what you see outside. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was big. Courtesy bread and coffee offered in the morning.

Staff check-in was a pleasant experience, the hotel felt secure and the room was adequately provided for. Outside temperature was very hot and the room AC was a welcome bonus. Pastries and coffee for breakfast. Good value for money and situated in a very good location.

Our second time staying here as it's the best choice in Chetumal. Clean, comfortable, huge room and friendly staff. Coffee in the morning ( and pastries if you are lucky and get there first 😉)
