The cleaning staff was highly efficient, and the area provided a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. The beauty and cleanliness of the hotel are commendable. The room given was #101 way at the end of the hallway . Traveling with my Mother of 75 Years old for medical reasons. Requested to move to a closer room but was said no because the other rooms are already reserved which was not true it was available online that moment. The upper floor was not ready either and could not wait until later.
