“Disappointing stay”

We booked a quadruple room but were given two adjoining rooms with a shared bathroom. One of themThe breakfast was very poor, the kitchen and fridge advertised were unusable, and the host was unfriendly had air conditioning, while the other did not. Fortunately, by keeping the doors open, the cool air could also reach the second room. Unfortunately, the area is not particularly pleasant and the breakfast was very disappointing: poor, low quality, and basically pointless – it would have been better not to offer it at all. One of the most negative aspects was the so-called access to the kitchen and fridge, advertised among the available services. In reality, the kitchen was unusable: one fridge was turned off and the other was completely full, leaving no space for guests. The host, in addition to being unhelpful and rather rude, did nothing to improve the situation. I specifically chose this accommodation for the possibility of using the kitchen, but in the end it was not possible: a great disappointment.

We had a wonderful stay! The host is very friendly (and there is an adorable cat) and the whole space is beautifully decorated. The common areas are spacious and the kitchen is well equipped and clean. Our room was on the first floor with large windows on several sides. It too was pretty and very comfortable, with a super soft sheet and blanket. The Ado bus stop and a big supermarket are at a walkable distance.

Milly was very lovely, helpful and accommodating and the house is funky and cozy.

Had room upgraded and it was really nice. Comfy beds and AC. Beautiful communal spaces, including a well stocked kitchen. Able to park safely inside.

Lovely decor and relaxed ambience. Nice comfortable bed and sheets. Amazing host, very helpful and kind. I also recommend the relaxing massage.

Milli, the owner was really welcoming and showed us all the facilities, patio, kitchen, room, parking and explained how everything works. She also gave us tips for the area, where to eat etc. The recommended Taqueria Poc-Chuc was fantastic and very reasonably priced. We loved the big kitchen and the provided facilities to prepare a really nice breakfast. Panificadora San Jose is just around the corner if you want fresh bread for breakfast, they have some bread, mainly sweet croissant-like bread and many sweets.

Lovely host, helpful and welcoming. A good location and comfortable, interesting room and facilities. We would happily have stayed for longer.

The room was lovely, spacious and had a great TV. The staff were friendly.
