The girl that check us in was not friendly. She only took payments and give our room keys without any other explanation. Her service was very poor however the bell boy was extremely helpful in the morning.

Room beds was comfortable, view was great however the bathroom wasnt working well. The water in the shower tub went down very slowly causing you to be standing in 4 to 6 inches of water while showering.

“It was a convenient stop for one night (it was an emergency stay as we’d missed our last bus). The Lonely Planet says go”
- aircon was good - convenience, we were able to walk in and get a room without pre booking - they kindly booked a taxi for us at 6.30am - restaurant food was good (shame we were the only people there)

“It was ok”
The lighting in the room was very poor. We could not connect to the wifi. My sister caught a rash the first night from sleeping on the sheets. The concrete around the pool area is very dirty. The parking lot is far from the hotel.

Nice hotel, pool is clean, our king bed was comfortable, elevator to our floor, staff hailed our taxi and helped us with our luggage, nice dining room, breakfast included with the booking, second time staying at this hotel.

“Great value for money for a solid hotel with a lovely pool, in the centre of the city.”
Great pool area, I really enjoyed my morning swim. My room and bed was very was comfortable. The breakfast was fine.
