You get what you pay for, the view and accessibility was fine. Good starting point for the dunes. Bedding was decent and seemed clean.

“Budget motel that is surprisingly good for the price”
This is a budget motel - so if you start with that expectation and the really low price then you are going to very pleasantly surprised by the size of the room and the beautiful views across the lake.

The balcony view of the lake is beautiful this time of year. The room was clean, comfortable beds, and hot water in the shower. Close to good restaurants and things to do.

The view of the small lake is beautiful with your own little balcony. Bed was super comfortable with a small sitting area to take in some TV before turning in for the night.
