“Very poor experience. Don't waist you money”

we rent this chalet on winter time. neither the heater nor the heat pump were working properly so we have to use the fire place the whole week and spent a buch of money on logs that are not included in the rent. After 5 hours we still freezing cold in the chalet. some of us couldn't sleep well because the temperature in the room was too cold. Door bell was defective. There was alot of sand in the spa left by the previous tenant. That chalet wasn't clean. The kitchen was poorly equipped. Only 3 dirty towers, the dishwasher were not washing properly and left a lot of residue on the dishes so we have to clean them. The stove was defective. There were only few pots and pans and but their size were way to small to cook for 5 people. My bed was smelly and the mattress was poor quality. it prevents to have a good night sleep. Beds of my other friends are OK but not that comfortable. No soap, no shampoo in the bathroom. We were 5 people but there was only one shower. The water pressure was really poor and every time we flush the toilet there's big sound of the water pump. My group of friends and I are used to rent a chalet many time a year but we never had such a bad experience.

Clean, organized and beautiful

This has been noted other reviews. The cover for the hot tub is too heavy to lift because of the placement of the glass walls on either side of the tub. It requires two people to stand inside and be strong enough to lift it over the tub to place it back on it is horrendous. The dock is on a 45° angle, which is ridiculously unsafe

“Beautiful waterfront cottage”

This cottage was amazing in one word! It was clean, equipped with all we needed, had an amazing view in a quiet area. Definitely recommended and we'll be back for sure.
