Great location adjacent to beach. Lovely terrace. Good swimming beach in a sheltered cove which helped in the strong winds. Less populated area.

This was our second time staying here and it won't be the last, I am sure! Everything was excellent, the location, the space, the cleanliness but most of all the hospitality! Our little family had the most amazing time, from having breakfast on the terrace, then swimming and sunbathing, then having a lunch at the lovely tavernas and generally spending all our time between the beach and the house. Our host was super responsive and helpful, gave us advice and always there for us. Thank you so much for everything! Don't hesitate to book this, you're going to miss out on a great experience.

“Best location at the nicest beach in Sifnos!!”

You just can’t beat the location! We spent so much of our time enjoying the beautiful view from the spacious rooftop terrace. Being 2 steps away from one of the prettiest beaches we have visited in Greece was amazing. The room itself was more than big enough for us as a couple and the kitchen facilities were great. We wished we could have stayed for a month it was so peaceful. Flora was really helpful when we had an issue with our rental car and called the company for us, she also gave us water and things for breakfast which was greatly appreciated.

“Idyllic beachside studio - perfect relaxing stay!”

We just stayed in the most amazing studio apartment right on the beach. The setting is idyllic, peaceful, beautiful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Flora, the host, could not have been lovelier. She left us fresh fruit and delicious biscuits from the bakery she works at, such a thoughtful touch that made us feel truly welcome. The area is small and charming, exactly what we were hoping for. Everything about our stay was wonderful, and we can’t wait to come back!

“The best vacation house next to the sea - the best hostess”

This was the best stay in my life. Very friendly and kind hostess, she left us milk, juice, biscuits and fruits and she was checking if we needed anything every other day. The house had all the amenities and comforts, the location was exceptional just next to the sea, a very nice tavern next to it and the best part was the terrace. Good value for money! On our last day, the hostess left us some sweets and she allowed us to stay in the house for a bit longer free of charge as our ferry was late. Highly recommendes!

Absolutely everything. Flora was welcoming, providing fresh fruits, biscuits and water. House was spotless. The space is decorated really nicely. We had an absolutely dreamy stay. I wish we had stayed here the whole trip!

“A perfect stay in paradise”

There was much we loved about Poudas House, at the top of our list; the setting was superb. Flora, our host, was a very good communicator, checking several times during our week-long stay that we had everything we needed. The studio style room was well equipped and very comfortable. The rooftop deck gave us fabulous views of the bay and village life and is a quiet place for meals and relaxing.

The room was just on top of the beautiful beach which during the day was becoming very busy; but Poudas house has the most amazing terrace to lie and rest and enjoy the sun just after your swim. The hostess was super friendly and generous, as several local treats were awaiting for us upon our arrival. A must return place for sure!

Everything was beyond perfect! The best stay we had in years! Plenty of space, great beds and all the amenities. Flora was an incredible host, she was waiting for us and she welcomed us with fruit, cake, cookies, juice and cold water! Very responsive to messages and a lovely person to talk to What can we say about the location? Literally 10 steps to the beach. The village has everything you need. Two tavernas and a mini market. Our favourite time of the day was watching the sunset from the terrace. The wifi worked perfectly but we were looking at the view more than our phones. Don't think about it, book it. We will be back for sure! Thank you Flora for a great experience!

“Dream holiday home!”

We had a wonderful time here and were so sad to leave this little slice of heaven. We enjoyed the rooftop terrace from sunrise to sunset. The owner was also very kind and provided fruit, cookies, coffee, … There’s a very good beach taverna next to the house and a minimarket nearby where you can find anything you may need.

“Beach life at its best”

The perfect spot to spend a few quiet days by the coast: from a morning swim before a cup of coffee at the empty beach to sunset dinners on the rooftop, the location is fantastic. Add a cosy apartment and lovely host, and you couldn’t ask for more.
