“Absolutely outstanding”

I haven’t enjoyed an overnight stay this much in a long time — the hotel is simply fantastic. Everything is well maintained, thoughtfully designed, and modern, and it’s spotlessly clean. The double room comes with a large TV, a safe, and a minibar, as well as a phone for both internal and external calls. The bed is a good size and very comfortable. You can adjust the heating, and the bathroom ventilation is impressively powerful. Each guest gets three towels, plus there are toiletries, a sewing kit, slippers, shower caps. The location is great — close to the bus station, yet tucked away on a quiet side street. There’s also a market nearby, along with plenty of shops and pharmacies. Breakfast is available on request. What really stands out is the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. There’s always a security guard at the entrance. The receptionist was very welcoming, efficient, and helpful, even though we arrived late, and she kindly brought us an extra blanket when we asked. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. We’ll definitely come back again if we get the chance.

My recent stay at Gold George Palace Hotel was simply wonderful! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the impeccable service and truly warm atmosphere. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable, with a beautiful view that added a special charm. The breakfasts were varied and delicious, and the restaurant staff were incredibly attentive. I want to express my sincere gratitude to all the hotel staff for their professionalism and genuine desire to make every guest's stay unforgettable. They truly exceeded all my expectations. I look forward to the opportunity to return to hotel and highly recommend this hotel for a perfect getaway!

I left earlier than bkft offered. There was a cafe 300 m away that opened at 7:30am with THE BEST almond croissants
