“Worst stay in Cheras”
Booked 3 bedrooms through the app. Owner texted and wanted to provide 2 bedrooms instead because owner said “the price paid is studio price because the website automatic give discount too much”. Insisted on 3 bedrooms and owner relented. Owner also asked for a security deposit of RM500. By the end of the stay, owner said the electricity bill is too high and asked us to pay for it. Stayed for 17 days. Owner sent his staff to the house 2 days before check out to ask for more deposit during our stay. We did not provide. Owner then asked to pay RM500 for the bill. Owner deducted from security deposit. Not recommended place to stay.
