During the off season, sauna was not available on the evening, on the morning we were offered to visit a sauna but it was not suitable for us. On arrival rooms were cold, yes heaters were provided and after couple of hours rooms were pretty warm - nothing to complain, but if we would need to sleep immediately affter arrival, it would be too cold.

The only hotel you need when in Chepelare! Great staff, top professional care for the guest, great food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Clean cosy rooms. You feel like you are home! Giving 5 stars because I can't give 6!!!! You can pay by card as well.

It was very clean, comfortable, i liked the interior design in traditional bulgarian stile. The staff was very friendly and handled everything professionally. I would love to stay there again.

“Fabulous family hotel, with great staff and top class food all for a very reasonable price.”
The staff are super friendly and helpful. The restaurant standard was excellent and amazing value for money. I requested an early breakfast which was provided, no problem.

The breakfast is delicious. The Internet speed is acceptable. The location is just few minutes away from the centrum and "MUSEUM OF SPELEOLOGY AND BULGARIAN KARST"
