Charming hotel in the beautiful Touraine valley of the Cher. A short walk from the delightful Chenonceau Castle. The hotel is so comfortable and relaxing with easy on site parking and thoughtful staff. Very nice restaurent either on the terrasse or lovely inside dining room

We had 3 rooms all next to each other with an outside terrace which meant we could all get together there (fortunately the weather was good). The location for the castle is perfect and there was plenty of private parking at the hotel. The hotel gardens are pretty and well maintained and the staff were very welcoming and friendly and efficient. The beds were all a good size and very comfortable. Extra pillows and blankets were in the cupboard and a kettle with tea/coffee in the room. We ate in the restaurant and all enjoyed our meals.

Great location within easy walking distance of Chateau Chenonceau and main roads for people travelling through. The hotel has its own private off road car parking and an excellent restaurant with separate bar area. The staff were all very helpful and friendly.

“Traditional hotel in an excellent location”

This is a lovely old hotel in an excellent location in the centre of the village and within walking distance of the chateau. There is private car parking with easy access to the hotel. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The bedroom was quiet and we had a comfortable overnight stay. We ate in the hotel restaurant and everything was delicious. Breakfast was very good too.

“Not enjoyable”

A great location for visiting the chateau - just a couple of minutes walk. Parking is easy and the restaurant is open on a Tuesday night when there are few other options locally. We had a pleasant welcome on arrival from the receptionist and a nice bottle of Chinon with dinner.

Lovely location in centre of Chenonceaux. Our room was comfortable with a nice outside terrace. Bed was large and comfy. We enjoyed a delicious evening meal on the terrace. All the staff were friendly and professional. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to enjoy the pool which looked lovely. Good secure parking behind the hotel, you need to keep your eyes peeled to find the entrance! Would recommend for an overnight stop

Quiet comfortable rooms, quiet location in pretty village, and literally just at the end of the Chateau’s drive. Private parking behind hotel, which had ample space. Wish we’d eaten there too, as the restaurant opposite was very expensive
