We had a wonderful stay! The room was spacious, modern, and very clean. My kids especially loved the thoughtful surprise of having toys waiting for them in the room, which made them feel so welcome. We also appreciated the complimentary bottled water provided during our stay. What truly made our stay exceptional was the hotel staff. Every single staff member, from the morning shift to the night shift, was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. They always greeted us with a smile and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Their outstanding hospitality made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. The hotel also offers an airport shuttle service for 100 RMB round trip, which is absolutely worth the price. It was convenient, reliable, and made our travel stress-free. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

This hotel and every member of staff is fantastic ! The hotel staff collected us from the airport and took us back to the airport as we had a 17 hour stopover on our way to Thailand. The hotel is spotlessly clean and modern. The staff are the kindest people and really looked after us. The kitchen staff made sure we had lots of breakfast and the food was amazing and such a big selection of Chinese food. The front desk staff responded to every message we sent them and arranged for us to visit the Panda 🐼 centre in Chengdu. The hotel purchased our tickets (which is difficult to do if you don’t speak Chinese) they arranged a driver to drive us to the pandas (90 minute drive) the driver waited in the carpark for 4 hours and then drove us to the airport (another 90 minute drive). The location of the hotel is very safe, we walked down the road at night and ate food at the street food stalls which was an amazing experience to meet so many Chinese families who were so interested to meet us. The Chinese people we met on our trip at the food stalls, the hotel staff and the panda centre……..we’re so very kind and welcoming and we will definitely return to China. My daughter is 21 and is now planning to go backpacking in China this summer based on our recent amazing experience. We will definitely return to this hotel and China as the staff and people in China are so friendly and welcoming ❤️ Highly recommend this hotel ❤️

The hotel was great, the rooms wide large, clean and quiet. . The water pressure in the shower was excellent. They picked us up from the airport and dropped us off at the desired time. It is about 25 min drive from the airport, with no traffic. For the price of the room and transport this is an exceptional value. Great place for a rest.

Great service all round

I honestly cannot believe what we paid for this room — the value is exceptional! The airport pick-up was so cheap, and the breakfast had loads of traditional options to choose from. For the price, the rooms are outstanding, and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. This isn’t a 5-star luxury hotel, but for the value you pay, the service truly feels 5-star.

The staff were just amazing, kind and helpful. We arrived a little bit late and she helped us to buy food online. She is just amazing person, she doesn’t speak English very well but she tried to help us with the translator.

It's a cute place, high tech room with huge windows and beautuful view. It's clean, spacious, there is everything you need. The stuff is nice and friendly. It's about 25 minutes from tianfu airport. The hotel orginized my transfer from and to the aiport for fair price. The breakfast is good. I enjoy my stay, i recommend the place, especially with these prices - i was surprised how cool it is for its money!

About location. Distance to Chengdu downtown is the only issue I had. I wish it would have been a little closer or closer to one of the metro stations.
