It was very clean, room services were excellent, staff were gentle and patient in explaining the breakdown of the cost to us. They even brought up our takeout directly to our room.

Everything! The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is delicious and diverse, the location is very good, I enjoyed my stay immensely and I will stay again. They also offer airport pickup and dropoff service

“Perfect!!!”
The room is large and comfortable, and we were given a complimentary upgrade. Housekeeping is done daily, and for non-smokers it’s best to request a non-smoking room. The breakfast is excellent, offering both Oriental and American options. The location is great, close to restaurants and the main shopping streets, and the staff are extremely polite and helped us with everything.

“Highly recommend for a stay in Chengdu”
Rooms were spacious and clean. Hotel in a great location and close to main attractions and near to metro station. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They allowed us to use the fitness centre to shower before check in when we arrived early and much later after check out before a late flight. Gym was great Great value for money

“Perfect to visit Chengdu”
The location cannot be any better for a visit to Chengdu. The hotel is beautifully decorated, very elegant comfortable and quiet and the breakfast is out of this world.

The room layout and settings and the view of our room 3815. Services provided by staff are excellent. Special mention the Restaurant Manager on level 15 Mr Eddie Wang was exceptionally helpful.
