What stood out most was the staff. Their help went beyond good service—more like the practical, thoughtful assistance a friend would offer. Each interaction was a genuine, effort to help - I encountered this often in China. The hotel is peaceful, 3&4 stories above the road, 6 minutes from the subway and it has a rooftop restaurant with seating area by a pond.

“Excellent, excellent stay! Will return!!”

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. When you enter the hotel it is an oasis of peacefulness. We were picked up at the train station, they welcomed us with a drink. Even the laundry was done for free. We had dinner here twice and they really have an exceptional quality food. We loved all staff, specially Steven who also happened to be a supporter for the Portuguese team!

“An oasis <3”

Everything - Beautiful clean hotel with lovely smells around the building. The rooms were stunning. The Vegetarian restaurant is really good and so is the hotel breakfast but this is a mixed with meat options to be aware about.

Excellent service from the staff - from airport transfers, check-in, parcel/food collection and sending to room, breakfast service to check out. Rooms were clean, spacious and bright. Very comfortable stay. Location is ok and the hotel offers vegetarian food during lunch and dinner. Breakfast is relatively local with some salad options. The self service laundry is easy to use.l and convenient. Perfect for a getaway.

The hotel was beautifully clean and modern, with key-access to the room floors and a lovely reception on the roof with water feature dining/drinks tables. The room was a good size with a cool design with the bathroom. Everything felt very clean and high quality and good lighting. The hosts were very friendly and supportive in helping book tickets for attractions. Breakfast was nice and varied too. Free washing machine and dryer

“Great stay in Chengdu”

Great location, close to famous attractions like Jinli Ancient Street and Wuhou Shrine. The room was comfortable and spacious, and we really enjoyed the rooftop area where we received a free cocktail. The complimentary airport pick-up service was also very convenient. The staff was always friendly and welcoming.

Very friendly helpful staff who were informative and went out of the way. Also communication leading to our check-in regarding transport to hotel was efficient and accurate. Also having a complimentary ride to the airport upon check-out being our final leg of our big China trip was very much appreciated and was one of the initial reasons of booking this hotel over others. We enjoyed our spacious room with the extra touches of specialty tea and little snacks. Complimentary drinks in the supplied fridge were generous and abundant including self serving coffee machine at reception. Comfortable bed and room which was appreciated when a family member required a well needed rest from being sick. Very zen layout at reception and loved the set up of the intimate and scenic breakfast area. Food was good variety at breakfast. Free laundry facilities. Very close to night market (walkable) and popular and friendly hotpot place around the corner (we could see their courtyard from our room, highly recommended!). I'd happily rebook this hotel if we were to return!

The staff is outstandig, best service we experienced in China. The breakfast buffet changes and provides a decent selection. The rooms are roomy and have a good quality. The overall vibe was great.

Such a great location, near the subway and just a stone's throw from Wuhou shrine and Jinli Ancient Street. Hotel and rooms were also beautifully designed and decorated, felt like a zen garden away from the hustle and bustle outside. Staff were exceptional, they were all so patient, helpful and accommodating. They also have staff who can speak English if needed.
