Great location, just 12min walk from the metro and close to Chunxi Road. The pick up for Hello Panda shuttle bus (to many attractions) is also walking distance, located outside Exit C of the metro station. Very comfortable room, clean and quiet.

Bed is comfortable and clean. Location is next to Chungxi road, 15 min walk to metro station and Taikooli. Lots of eating places nearby.

I loved this hostel! Everything very modern and clean, they provided towels and flip-flops, the bed was pretty comfortable. It is very well located near to the most famous avenues, several shops and restaurants nearby. I was traveling by myself and I loved the experience.

“Hotel Staff entered in my room and robbed me.”

We had our first problem when we arrived at the hotel, where they gave us the wrong room number. Since we couldn't open the door, they gave us a master key, which we used to open the deadbolt door, where some guests were already sleeping. This proves that anyone with a key can open doors even if the lock is on. I travel frequently and always leave my valuables hidden among my things; it's the first thing I do when I arrive. When I packed my bags to go to the airport, my AirPods weren't where I left them, among my belongings. More over, I left the “the not disturb” sign to avoid anyone entering and they entered (they confirmed they did). Find my iPhone located the headphones on a street near the hotel where I hadn't been. Despite reporting this to the hotel, they didn't take responsibility for the theft, and certainly didn't apologize. They only mockingly encouraged me to go to the police, saying they'd be happy to help. Later that day I saw on Find My iPhone that the AirPods had moved. The facts of the case are indisputable. Since the theft, I have been tracking the headphones, and the location data confirms they have been moved to a new location in the city until yesterday morning that they seemed to have been reset. This irrefutable evidence proves that they were not misplaced but were stolen from my room. I find it unbearable that not only is the hotel refusing to take any action, but there has also been no apology for this serious breach of security and the inconvenience it has caused. Your lack of accountability and empathy is truly disappointing.

The location is amazing, the surroundings are lively, with a metro station nearby, very well connected and near a lot of cool spots.

The room is spacious and as most importantly for me bidet 😆. The staff helped a lot when my sister and I had trouble with the WeChat app would not log in.

the man working at the reception spoke fluent english and was very friendly. room was comfortable, nice bathroom. very good central location.
