Excellent location!

The hotel is located in a very central location right at the heart of Chunxi Road and also very near the bus stop for the Airport Bus Line 1. Early check-in when we arrived before 11 am.. The room was also well kept and spacious.

“Superb stay with comfort and good location”

I booked a Superior Family Twin Room (for 3 paxs) and stayed here for the initial 3 nights before returning for this 2 nights stay. So am attaching the below reviews which I posted for the initial stay period. The hotel is operating within a building that host other businesses and the reception is located at the 16th floor with lift leading to it. Didn't have picture to the room and facilities within but they are good, clean and quite spacious. It is located next to the walking street with tons of shops although I find there is a lack of eating streets unlike in Chongqing. But there are ample restaurant (big and small) around including in shopping malls (some had food court), souvenirs, bubble teas shops around. We loved the ice-cream from the Diary Queen outlet right next to the hotel. The reception staffs (I lost their names which I took) including the housekeepers are super friendly and efficient. The reception floor at L16 is also the hotel buffet level (we didn't book with meals though) and not only did they provide welcome drinks upon check-in, they also provide nightly light foods like porridge, buns which are complimentary and unlimited serving (self-service). Even the drinks in the room fridge are free to consume. They allowed luggage to be deposited before check-in and subsequent continuous stay. The single direction small street beside the hotel makes it easy to call and wait for a didi transport and as it is centrally located, heading to the numerous Chengdu attractions are thus easy distance, with the Panda Sanctuary just 30mins drive away. Other attractions can be accessed via the subway a 7mins walk away but taking the didi ride may be comparable cost or even cheaper if you have 3 or 4 paxs that makes yr subway ride not worthwhile. If you do not have the apps for the ride, no sweat as there will be taxis waiting by the small road beside.

Location was awesome! Plenty of food choices around! Room was good also. I like it that there is a common laundry room to wash clothes for free and it's super cute that you can leave your room number on the washing machine to say that the load belongs to you.

The staffs showing excellent service and very good attitude. Will help you in anyway possible to let you feel comfortable during our stay. We arrived in Chengdu at 7:30am, the staff allowed us to check in immediately without second guess or extra charge, amazing, we even got free upgrade. Furthermore, they also allow us to check out at 2pm instead of usual 12pm due to our flight was at evening. When we were asking one day trip to tourist attraction area, the also help us to connect with reliable and good service agent. Other than the staffs, the location is also excellent. 3 min walk to Metro Line 1 and 3, very convenient for travelling, and IFS and many shopping complex just around the corner. By the way, the morning breakfast is also worth it and very good (would say better than outside stall..😊).

“Lengthy check-in but warm send off”

If you’re looking to be near IFS and Tai Koo Li, then the location is perfect as everything is within a short walking distance (5-10) minutes maximum. Multifunctional shower with steady water flow nicely heated with ample space is well equipped with neutral fragrant shower gel, conditioner and shampoo. The staff do try very hard to help and will happily assist if you’re unable to speak the local language. I appreciated the late check out as I had a work lunch and breakfast was included (good coffee).

The location was excellent right smack in the pedestrian street . Near IFS whereby you are spoilt for choice for all types of cuisine. The room was spacious n well furnished. Everything worked well . Room/ housekeeping services were gd . Especially special delivery of items by their hardworking robot. All toiletries supplied were of gd quality Bedsize excellent Pillows excellent n bed just the right firmness
