From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the incredibly kind and attentive host, Pablo. The entire team was always smiling and helpful, making us feel comfortable Nestled in the heart of the jungle, the setting is simply breathtaking—an oasis of tranquility, perfect for relaxation and disconnecting from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The sounds of nature, the lush surroundings, and the serene atmosphere created the ideal escape. The food was another highlight! The breakfast was excellent, with fresh and delicious options to start the day right. The meals served throughout our stay were just divine—flavorful, well-prepared, and truly a delight for the taste buds. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature, with warm hospitality and amazing food, this is the perfect place.

Very nice location, serene, seems like in the middle of the jungle but very close to the highway and Chemuyil town where you can buy basic necessities and get food in local restaurants. The facility has a good layout, rooms are spacious and all have a view of the pool area which is very scenic with lush plants growing everywhere. Breakfast was enourmous, different everyday, special pancakes for the child also! Staff is very helpful and nice, also suggesting local free cenotes and public beaches. They offered cleaning on the second and third day, but we didnt feel the need for it. Rooftop is great for sunrise, hearing to all the birds waking up and starting their day. Pool is refreshing, well located, perfect size, there are sunbeds as well as place in the shade during the hottest part of the day.

In a single word 'Bliss', waking up to the sounds of the jungle. My wife and I stayed at Excacel Dream for two weeks and we can't praise it enough. Set away from the road in a jungle setting the hotel provides a quiet haven from the busy coastal strip. With just six rooms this is a very personal experience. Pablo the manager is very kind and accomodation.  Max the gardener is always busy keeping the place clean, tidy and well maintained. We loved our time there and were sad to leave. The local town Chemuyil is a short walk or cycle ride. There are a couple of small cenote, the cave one was our favorite.  Chemuyil has a couple of restaurants that we used, but our favorite was La Buena Vida in Akumal just a 15 car journey away. The road into the hotel is rather bumpy but nothing to worry about, just take it slowly.

Small hotel with 6 rooms, so there was plenty of space by the pool to relax.The pool space was perfect, I loved it so much. It was very calming and lovely place to spend the night, chatting away. There are restaurants and shops nearby (by car) to pick up snacks and water. You will require a car/ motorbike to get there.

Great, secluded location within a jungle, close to Akumal and Tulum, cenotes, nice rooms, great views from the roof terrace, nice atmosphere, bar at the pool, tasty food and drinks. The most satisfying element of the stay was its host - Pablo - funny, friendly and carrying - the best host during our 2-week stay in Mexico ;)

Very nice small property. Large comfortable rooms, comfortable bed. We really liked the deck and its bean bags overlooking the pool. Quiet. The staff was great. Just a few min drive from beaches. Restaurants near by.

The location is surrounded by the jungle. The overall place Is beautiful and super cozy. There is also a small bar/restaurant next to the beautiful swimming pool. There is also a rooftop were you can lay and relax watching the stars. The room, bath and private balcony are very big, and the mattress comfortable! A car Is suggested but not mandatory, since there is a moto taxi that could bring you there from the town of Chemuyl. Paolo, which manages the structure is extremely helpful and can suggest nice place to visit off the beaten tracks, such as hidden cenotes in the nearby
