The hotel was in an excellent location. Although our windows looked out onto a busy street, we still got a good night’s sleep. Even though it was hot outside, the room was cool. The view from the terrace was stunning. Breakfast was delicious, with options including omelettes, flatbread, honey, cheese, tea and orange juice. We ate at nearby restaurants such as WIAM and Bab SSour.

“Stunning”
Hotel Charms is absolutely fantastic! Located just in the centre of the medina, close to everything. The terrace has beautiful views. The staff was very kind. The room was super clean, breakfast was one of the best I had in the whole Morocco. Highly recommended!

“Excellent location and good service”
The location is top notch. You can easily access to everywhere from the hotel. Stuff was really friendly and helpful. The traditional moroccan breakfast was also decent.

“A great place to stay in a very busy, touristy town.”
Our room had a lovely view out over the hills surrounding Chefchaoune. It was well equipped, comfortable and extremely clean. Breakfast was good. The rooftop terrace was well kept and very useable. The hotel was located just inside the old town, and near the beautiful, peaceful kasbah.
