“Perfect position and perfect hosts 💙”

Super comms, met at the Parador after we blue taxied up, and shown to the House. Location was excellent. So much care has gone into making it feel v special and just like the pictures. Lovely breakfast served up in the terrace. Lovely hosts, Thankyou!

Great location and wonderfull service

Very cosy breakfast and a really nice host. some staff only spoke Spanish, so a translation was needed, but he was very kind and welcoming.

Lovely decor - was also so welcoming and cosy! Felt more like someone’s home rather than accomodation. The hosts were also lovely and the location was perfect

Location easy to reach from the parking up the hill. Very nice and helpfull staff. Terrace with view. Nice breakfast.

The gentleman serving us for breakfast etc was a lovely guy who bridge his best despite not speaking English or French so communication was difficult. My Arabic is non existent

“Our stay felt like being welcomed into someone's home.”

The decor was very quirky and arty. I like to seek out places like this but sometimes the reality is a disappointment compared to photos. Not so here!

“A great pick for exploring Chefchaouen”

Bashar and Rituan were very friendly and welcoming. The house is nicely decorated. The breakfast on the rooftop was a highlight, which gives a magnificent view over Chefchaouen along with a tasty, sunny morning recharge. Right at the doorstep you're already in walkable distance around everything. Parking spot at Hotel Parador was also close by if you arrive by car. I very much recommend staying at Afra House.

Really liked the riad – unique style and beautiful design. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The staff was very friendly, always helpful, recommended places to visit and restaurants, and also assisted with transport. I definitely recommend it

“Cute and relaxing”

Great location near Uta el-Hammam. Rooftop room with AC, private bathroom, and no humidity. Cute rustic decoration as in the photos, though colors online looked brighter. Bashar helped us find and guide the car into a parking spot (30dh/day to guardian). Smoking forbidden inside the house. The cleaning lady was kind, and Redouane was polite. Breakfast on the terrace was okay: omelet (3 eggs shared between 2 people), olive oil, jeben, meloui, bread, olives, orange juice, and tea with sugar on the side.

Colourfully decorated rooms and terrasse. Charming. Friendly personal. Very good breakfast on the terrasse with a wonderfull view. Comfortable bed. 💕

“Magic place”

Amazing place, very sweet and clean with beautiful views of mountains. Good Maroco breakfast with eggs and olives what was not standard in other houses. Super location. Each detail in house is very good and very well done. I recommend visiting this place and staying there!

“Warm hospitality in a beautiful blue city”

I had a fantastic stay at Afra House in Chefchaouen! The location is perfect for exploring the city — just a short walk from all the main sights. What really made the stay special was the owner’s kindness and hospitality. They didn’t just help with anything I needed at the house, but also recommended amazing local restaurants that aren’t touristy, giving me a much more authentic experience of the city. I truly appreciated their warm welcome and would definitely stay here again!
