Balcony; very friendly and helpful staff. Attached to resort which you can use, benefits of the resort without paying the price. Really lovely pool at resort. Good location especially for doing day trips. Large room, surprised by how nice it actually was for price. Big bed and lots of space. Clean. Tops Daily next door. Stayed for an extra night and accommodated us easily

Spacious room . No noises from outside . You can use the next door hotel facilities such as the pool. Comfy bed . I would definitely come back .

“Amazing place, great value for money.”
Great place, was super happy here. I extended my stay whilst there for anothe 5 nights (would have been longer if the had availability) Rooms were spacious and had everything that I needed with a balcony. They have a super cheap laundry service and the grounds looked more like a resort than what I was expecting. Staff were great and always smiling. Theres a great cafe just downstairs called jolly that has great food and also a few nice restaurants on the opposite side of the street which were great.

“The New Villa”
The staff were excellent and very friendly. Breakfast wasn't included, but for 250bht the all you could eat buffet breakfast was very good. With a large choice to suit every taste. The use of the swimming pool and the supply of clean poolside towels was also a great touch.

“Great value for the price I paid via bookingdotcom. No complaints. I've had worse and paid more.”
For the price I paid this was excellent value. My room faced the street, so there was certainly sounds outside my window, but it all died down by the time I went to sleep. Also the restaurant directly across the road is very good.

“Comfortable”
The room was spacious and very clean, with a comfortable shower and all the essentials provided. The staff were extremely pleasant and always ready to help. Very comfortable bed. Good value for the price.

Excellent hotel. Attached to a larger resort and you may use their pool and facilities as you wish. Very clean and great shower. Convenience store 60 seconds walk away and many restaurants nearby.

In comparison of the bungalows - more modern furniture and has a much better view, but certainly smaller in size.
