Excellent location and a really nice hotel

The location was great and the staff were amazing especially Malak who made us feel very welcome and was always fun to be around. The pool was also very nice.

So social, rooms comfortable with everything you could need. Staff so friendly !!

The location of the hotel is really good

“This is my fourth time in Thailand and my fourth time at this hotel, but also the last”

The place is extremely noisy at night. I knew that before, but I did not remember how bad it was. Before 3 a.m. it is impossible to fall asleep because the entire room is shaking from music coming from all directions. On top of that, there is currently no refrigerator in any of the rooms, and even the hot and cold water machine that used to be on my floor was not working. This makes it impossible to have coffee in the morning, buy drinks or food for the room, and generally makes it very difficult to function. The staff is aware of these issues. They are very nice and friendly, but that alone is not enough.

Didn't like it wouldn't stay there again. The widow didn't open know fresh air .I don't mind music but wen you won't sleep the music started at 10 pm and didn't finish till 5am so the only time you can sleep from 5am all day so you miss out on the day so won't stay here again

Perfect staff, very clean and nice extras. The price per room was stunning. However, as you may see: It's central, it won't be quiet - never. Clubs right next door, a lot of bars and restaurants very nearby. If you get along with that, the hotel is the perfect fit for you.

I closed for two weeks. There was a case where I had to travel to Copenhagen for 3 days (2 nights), and I asked if it was possible, because I am a customer with you every year for a long period, to freeze these 2 nights and continue them after I returned from Copenhagen, especially since I wanted to continue for another month at this hotel, until the end of December. They told me that this was not possible, and I lost 2 nights after staying with you for long periods. Because of the lack of response for 2 nights, I left and went to another hotel after the end of my stay, and closed for a whole month. I will not come back to you again.
