“Hotel in Samui not bad not good”

Inwas happy to get a hotel because everything was fully booked. It is on Samui and enough around. Not very special.

“Screaming at night, no response from staff”

No quiet hours, definitely not a place for families with children, the hotel did not respond to requests to quiet down guests at the door of our room, at night from 1:30 to 5:30 there was drinking alcohol and loud shouting.Slamming doors, a terrible smell of marijuana and cigarettes. No fresh bedding, only old blankets to cover,The floor is old carpeted and towels are worn. The rooms require renovation, as does the bathroom. The shower leaks and the water heater doesn't work properly and produces almost cold water. When I left at 5:30 am, the staff did not want to return the deposit in cash, only to my account, when I told them I would inform booking.com, they decided to return the deposit in full.If you are looking for accommodation where you can sleep peacefully, I definitely do not recommend this place .

Nice and clean room, friendly staff. Unfortunately, bottled water and instant coffee were only provided upon arrival. In other hotels, these were refilled daily during housekeeping. The room was not cleaned during our three-night stay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Also the owner of the hotel had given me money to buy some fruits from the lady selling them. I found this very generous

“Short”

Clean , good value for money, had a pool but only stayed a night so didnt use

the quiet place was cool

Quiet location not too far from the airport and from the city center

The Staff

“I got scammed!”

When I arrived at the hotel it was ABANDONED! Some guy who knew my name came up to me and said I was at the wrong hotel. He took me to a completely different hotel which was not the hotel from the pictures and had a different name. There was no pool, it was super loud, dirty, bed was full of glitters and stains?? staff (who where very kind) did not speak english. Long story short, do not book this hotel.

Quiet location just off one of the main roads, but close enough to Chewang Beach area.

Very clean and tidy there is a lovely pool, laundry service on your door step 7 11 at the bottom of the road and a great Italian call Fredricoes
