The staff was nice and helpful. The location is very practical. The hotel is in a quiet street.

It was in a good location, the staff seemed very friendly when we spoke with them. The room was spacious and the TV had Netflix. There were also free bananas and coffee and tea

Home from home the staff whom are a family business said they wanted us to feel like home and that's exactly what it felt like.highly recommend. They even decorated the room for my husband bday they couldn't do enough for us Once January flights come out I will be booking again. It is run by women, pretty safe and friendly stuff. Rooms are clean. Walking distance to changwa center. And the most beautiful baby around. Not bothering at all, just giving such a warming and family vibe to the place. As a solo traveller it is a big plus!

Request for Refund Due to False Information and Poor Service at the Hotel Greetings to who ever is receiving this message, We would like to express our deep disappointment with our recent stay at Queen Boutique , which we booked through your platform for the dates 27.7-2.8 When booking, it was clearly stated on your website that breakfast was included – a key factor in our decision to choose this hotel over other, more centrally located options. We even have a screenshot of the listing confirming that breakfast was part of the booking. Upon arrival, we were told at check-in to come for breakfast at 7:30 AM. However, the next morning, to our surprise, there was no breakfast at all – in fact, there was not even a dining area on the premises. When we asked the hotel staff for clarification, we received conflicting answers: one person said the hotel does not offer any meals, while another seemed confused and unable to provide clear information. This misleading information and unprofessional handling caused significant frustration, especially since breakfast was an essential factor in our booking decision. As a result, we decided to leave the hotel after just two nights, even though we had paid in advance for a longer stay. We kindly request a full refund for the unused nights or fair compensation for the failure to deliver the advertised services. staff very helpful, could rent bikes from the hotel, get laundry and even gave us a discount on tickets to the muay thai fight!

We didn't have breakfast. The location was perfect for exploring Chaweng and its nightlife.

Everything was great. Confortable room, great location, close to restaurants, shops and 2min walking to chawengs beach. All staff very kind, I did laundry, rent a scooter and bought tour tickets, all directly from the hotel!
