The Villa is exactly as expected. 4 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a private, clean pool. The host was very quick to respond with any questions. Would definitely recommend and return.

The villa was spacious! Pool was amazing. There is a waterfall just beside the villa. You will definitely need a bike to go around. All amenities including washing machine were there. We really found the owner Lana very approachable. She was there with a smile when we reached and even as early as 6am during checkout. 10/10

“Amazing privacy in a large comfortable villa”

We enjoyed our stay for two weeks very much. The best feature of this large 4-bedroom 4-bathroom villa is privacy. The home contains everything you need. A deck with a swimming pool overlooks the creek and the forest behind it. It is not visible from anywhere. Squirrels jump from one tree to another, butterflies eat ripe bananas on a banana tree, bats can be seen occasionally. You can see geckos and iguanas too. Surprisingly virtually no mosquitos. Our grandson spent much of his time in the pool. A car is definitely needed to go shopping or to a beach. Silver beach is 7 minutes drive. Lamai beach is a bit further away (12 minutes) but it is not suitable for kids. Two very good family run restaurants with authentic Thai food are within 5 minutes walking distance (but beware of the ice cubes in your drinks). Shopping for food can be done in one of the two Lotuses in Lamai or Chaweng. Fresh food market in Lamai is great. Some maintenance issues in this large villa emerge from time to time. They are quickly resolved by Lana who is responds almost immediately. Occasionally you may be disturbed by stray dogs barking but this is the problem typical for all Asia and you can get used to it.
