A lovely house not too far from Épernay. Each room is furnished and decorated to a high standard, it’s impeccably clean and has all the amenities needed. The bottle of champagne was a lovely touch and it’s good stuff! We bought a few additional bottles. Beautiful views overlooking the vineyards

The location was great and the views from the villa was absolutely stunning. Very clean , well equipped place. The champagne was waiting for us in the fridge which was delicious . Also was very good that we could buy champagne from the fridge. Would definitely stay there again.

The house was well equiped and finished with a high standard! It felt coozy and very clean. The location is very nice with the view towards the church of Sint Martin. This church is also a landmark to be seen from far away.

Great location between wineyards, very good renovayed house with all necessary equipmnet and one fridge full of chamoagne bottles.

This place is tops on our list and we have stayed in a ton of Airbnbs over the past decade. It was so peaceful and the views were amazing. Added were how great the beds were and had so much space for our family of 4. Loved being able to be out of the city but still very close. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.

“Wonderful hidden gem”

Exceptional standard of renovation inside with so many thoughtful finishing touches and high quality furnishings. Really nice that they though of leaving seasoning, coffee and some other bits too, plus the generous gift of a bottle of champagne. The view and sunset is outstanding here. Such a quiet location too and thankfully the church bells don’t ring through the night! Note the property is not the church shown in photos, but that’s the view from the property

Our stay in Chavot-Courcourt exceeded all expectations, thanks to the exceptional accommodation we experienced. The house, nestled in a picturesque vineyard, offered a stunning setting that added to the overall charm. Impeccably clean, warm, and comfortably furnished, the accommodation was well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a delightful stay. The host was excellent, being communicative, attentive and articulate in explaining the nuances of the property. Though a minor disappointment surfaced with the non-functional fireplace (temporary - the chimney needed to be swept), it proved inconsequential. Additionally, the balcony on the lounge was deceptively small compared to the picture, but there was space to lounge outdoors on the first level. Also, note that you should get a car to explore the surrounding areas because it's very difficult to find a taxi/uber. Our time in Chavot-Courcourt was marked by a delightful blend of comfort, aesthetic beauty, and gracious hosting.
