“Lovely one night stay”
Lovely location with great views across the town to the castle. We were there during Fête de la musique, so also had the benefit of music drifting up from the main square. Clean and tidy room, cooled by a fan, and pleasant garden in which to sit. Other reviews have mentioned the dry toilet, this was totally fine and simple to use, just read the instructions! Didn't meet the owner, he was away, but we were made very welcome by his friend Vanessa who was looking after the place for him

“A welcome rest-up in a proper bed on a cycle south. The accommodation had everything I neded.”
Host was very friendly and welcoming. The accommodation was clean and cosy. The view from the garden is lovely.

If you like camping that's the place for you. But if you are looking for a proper room, than forget it! You will be accomodated in a garden shack. The garden itself has nice view facing the medieval village and the castle, but it's quite untidy and poorly maintained. The real bonus however is the lack of a proper toilet: you will have to do your things in a basket and then cover it all with sand. A real medieval experience.
