“A great place to stay”

Our 3rd visit a to this lovely well run BB and it was a pleasure to be welcomed with a big smile from our hostess (which is not always the case in some other establishment). Gaelle clearly loves her job and promotes regional products when serving breakfast and dinner, her passion and enthusiasm for her guests and their well-being is wonderful. Her cooking is fabulous and we really enjoyed eating her carefully prepared food. You can also buy wine, cider and beer by the glass or bottle, I recommend the cider it is scrumptious. There is off road parking in the gated courtyard which is always a priority for us. Thank you for your excellent hospitality Gaelle we hope to return soon.

Very cute traditional property in a lovely village. My room was very large with everything I needed. Lovely breakfast included.

“Good food, good company and good surroundings; a thoroughly enjoyable stay”

This is a delightful property in the village centre. There are no facilities in the village but Gaëlle provided a wonderful organic evening meal in addition to the breakfast which was included. Be sure to book it in advance. There was a lockable stone shed for storing cycles overnight.

Right on the Avenue Verte cycle route. Lovely building and host. Wonderful home cooked food (had to give 48hrs notice if evening meal required). The host very cycle orientated and helpful.

The location is stunning as is the beautiful property ( I have a tape of the gentle croaking and the house martins flying, their bellies turned pink by the reflection of the sunset). The organic breakfast sourced locally was excellent and was beautifully adapted for the vegan, with Gaelle providing privacy and conversation that was responsive to the needs of the guests. Bikes were uber safe (we were on the route verte on our way to Paris). Room was large, pretty and airy as was the fresh bathroom. Pretty views from both. Just what was needed in restoring our energy for the next few hours to Paris.

The accommodation is privately owned and run by the owners. The room was very spacious the beds very comfy. The lady owner made us very welcome and the breakfast was all local produce and very good.

Excellent in every way, and for 2 sharing a room, also very good value. Delicious homemade locally sourced organic food, a very quiet and comfortable night, and friendly helpful advice about route. Locked garage for bicycle too. Impeccable!

Such a beautiful village and the welcolm at the accommodation was warm and helpful. Our bikes were secre. The rooms were beautiful and everything you need and thecevening meal and breakfast all locally sourced and organic. We made our days cycling a little longer just because we wanted to stay here and it was better than expected.

Gaëlle is a very genial host, the homemade organic food was spectacular and the space was beautifully curated and I believe one of the cleanest places I have ever been. I cannot recommend a stay at Au Relais de Chaussy highly enough.

Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. All organic and locally produced. The room was spacious and the bed was comfy. Shared areas downstairs were really lovely.

Loved the decor and comfort of the room and public areas. Madame could not have been more attentive- we could walk into the village centre and a pop up cafe in the square was brilliant

Lovely traditional bed and breakfast in tiny village; no local restaurant so was offered dinner; everything organic and locally sourced; choice of dining inside or in the garden; Gael very welcoming and as I was staying 2 nights offered to do washing for me (I was cycling); secure bike storage; right on AvenueVerte route; absolutely lovely place to stay
