“Perfect place to get the authentic Loire experience.”
Incredible view from every window. The rooms have modern facilities but still retain all of the charm and character of a fisherman's cottage. Charming courtyards. The weather was not great for us (April) but it must be really special there in summer.

“I have always enjoyed visiting Chaumont, and find it very relaxing.”
I found the couple who own the hotel very friendly and very helpful. It was very kind of the owner to pick me up and take me back in time to catch the train back to Paris, which was of great help as I do not drive and it is a fair walk from the nearest station!! It had been a problem catching a train from Paris, so picking me up was especially kind. I naturally would not expect them to do this for everyone! The sky on a clear night after 10pm when the street lights go out is a very special occasion??!!

“Welcoming and lovely”
Very friendly and helpful host. Fabulous location on the banks of the Loire. Sweet apartment in a timber beamed house with 2 bedrooms and bathroom and great views - as seen in attached photos. Very close to the Chateau.
