“THIS HOTEL BRAND IS WORTH YOUR MONEY!”
The entired hotel was very clean and modern looking. The king's suites also have a sofa. The pool was normal size but warm.

“Won't ever attempt to stay there again!”
Staff very uncaring Had issues with card after long day if traveling. Staff unhelpful. Bing a hotel associate also, offered ways to accommodate me and hotel. However, staff not interested in assisting me and after long day of traveling , I was turned away and gad to find other accommodations. Still charged me $100 and still have not been able to get.a refund. Was my first time with sonesta but Never again will I stay there.

“NEED TO SEE $315.52 REFUNDED / RETURNED TO MY BOA VISA CC ENDING IN 8294”
THERE WERE TWO UNAPPROVED CHARGES ON A VISA CREDIT CARD I HAD TO USE AFTER ARRIVING. THE UNAPPROVED CHARGES WERE $47.74 (9/23) & $167.78 TODAY (9/24). The dude at the desk would not tell me what the charges were for allegedly since booked through booking.com. NEED TO HAVE THESE CHARGES, ALONG WITH THE UNEXPECTED $100 (to be a FULLY REFUNDABLE FEE FOR POTENTIAL ROOM DAMAGE) CHARGED WHEN WE LANDED.

“Very good!”
My spouse and I really enjoyed our stay. It’s unfortunate though whenever someone was in the hallway it was suuuper loud like they were talking in our room. Room stayed cold, water got hot fast and bed was comfortable. Definitely will come back next time we come to Chattanooga.

“Very nice, convenient to places to eat and shop. All around great hotel.”
The room was big, comfortable, and had a sofa. There was a Courtyard and sliding doors to the pool area. Very quiet and comfy bed. Close to many restaurants and shopping.

“I am never again using priceline, booking.com, or staying at a sonesta.”
The rooms were clean and spacious. I loved the shampoo and conditioner and the sanitized remote control.

“Wasn’t happy !”
The front desk clerk was not very friendly. We arrived at 10:40 pm tired from driving. She wasn’t very helpful with explaining where room was located. Then our key wouldn’t open the outside entrance door. Had to go back to the front desk. Again, not very friendly or apologetic. Website does not mention fee for dogs. Since I’m honest I told clerk we had a dog. Was charged $75.00 plus taxes for total of $87.93 to have our dog. Will never stay there again!

“a steal in extra charges!”
They charged me $134 extra! They promised to return it, but now it turns out that they charged me for a service that I did not request. Breakfast is supposedly free! but not! you have to pay an extra $50 for it! Even if you don't take the breakfast, they charge you at the time you arrive to check in and they don't even explain it to you! the rooms and bathrooms are dirty This was the worst experience I had in a hotel!
