Location was perfect for attending the Chattajack race and many good restaurants close by. Staff were very friendly and jovial. Room was new, clean and well appointed.

Clean and comfortable. Very helpful staff especially Dennis at the front desk. Easy to unload your luggage outside in dedicated drop off zone then park your car in the multi storey carpark right next door where there is dedicated parking for guests staying at the hotel.

The 2 ladies at the breakfast cafeteria were so professional and patient and courteous. Well done. The front desk was also very professiomal. The tEAM seems bent on serving the guests and making sure the experience is a pleasant one. Unfortunately, that service is becoming rare. So, well done.

We were told to park our GMC Sierra 3500 truck in the high top van area and it would be ok there and that if we had a problem they would take care of it. We got a parking violation the day we left so we went to the front desk to ask about it and was told by the manager on duty that he could not do anything about it. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! Due to that we will not stay there again nor will we recommend that hotel to anyone else.
