Very clean, comfortable beds, friendly staff! We were late for breakfast because we messed up the time and the staff still arranged us some food, which was very kind!

“Great breakfast”
Breakfast was very good. I complimented the cook on the fluffy eggs. Nice size bagesl. Perfect for me. Free parking a plus. Front desk clerk was friendly and helpful.

“Great location and friendly staff.”
Location was easy from major highway and was perfect for exploration of Chattanooga. Staff were very helpful and provide an extensive list of evening restaurants in Chattanooga for our stay. Good breakfast selection with plenty of choice and food available. Excellent parking space in good sized car park.

“A reasonably priced hotel for a short stay.”
The hotel was clean, the staff where very friendly and helpful and the room was spacious and well appointed. The hotel was quite close to the city.

“Horrible.”
The room was muggy and the tub was leaking to the point we put towels on the floor in the restroom and wore slippers in the bathroom. The air condition had to be run on 60 all day to get the room cold. Luckily we were there for a wedding and just dropped our things then went to rehearsal as the room cooled. Lastly, the manager called us and threatened to have us arrested for not paying when we booked through booking.com and it was paid in full prior to arriving there. And then told us the staff that let us in would be fired for their mistake even though they were correct. Manager was rude. Our stay was horrible. Never again.
