Breakfast is ample and of good quality. The personnel are welcoming and polite. The hotel is situated near the centre and good places to eat as well as a promenade to take a walk in the evening.

“Great hotel, poor sleep”
The convenience and the price. The hotel was charming and very cosy. There was convenient parking underneath the hotel and the sizes of the room were great.

A perfect Alpine escape with exceptional service! We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful four-star hotel. Our room featured a balcony with a stunning view of the mountains, and the sound of the river flowing right below us was incredibly relaxing. The hotel is impeccably clean and well-maintained, with a charming alpine atmosphere. The staff deserves a special mention — everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. The location is very picturesque, perfect for those looking to enjoy the beauty of the Alps. Additionally, the free parking right under the hotel was very convenient. Truly a high-quality experience in every detail!

“Clean, comfortable apartment in a convenient location”
It was a great option for us. We stayed in the annex apartment, it was brand new and very clean. The sofa bed was comfortable and big enough for two adults. Bathroom also was big and clean, great shower and water pressure. The location was convenient, with St. Vincent within walking distance for cafés and restaurants, and a grocery store nearby. The hotel team were very welcoming and answered all our questions promptly. Thanks!

The Hotel is old, but renewed a bit, clean, warm and comfortable. It is also very close to the center of the small town, but not Chatillon.

Big apartment, newly refurbished, all appliances needed. When requested, they increased the temperature from 22 to 23 degrees (which was no enough for RO standards)

“Short and lovely, back in the days.”
Before passing the Italian/French border, place to stay, u have so, real nice and helpful staff, if hungry, I would recommend "Locanda Cervino", like 2 miles away, awesome restaurant in Châtillon, the food man, and, the pizzas, and, the people.

“Perfection, wish we could have stayed longer”
We stayed at the apartment which is located above the hotel (walking distance up the hill, but don't do it with luggage), we used our car and you get a passcode for the gate so it's very secure - 3 adults. amazing views, really beautiful apartment, brand new and super comfortable, well designed and airy. nice well kept grassy garden outside. very spacious, lots of storage space, very comfortable beds and fabulous luxurious shower with lots of features. Sparkling clean. loved everything and with we could have stayed longer. Staff were very nice and helpful with tips and anything we needed. Didn't use the kitchen but it seemed well equipped

If you like to stay in smaller towns, we suggest relais du foyer. Room was clean and quiet, staff was nice.

“Great place to stay in the area”
Warm welcome from the reception with information of all that was needed for my stay as well as helpful with any other requests. Room was according to expectations. Good breakfast with large variety and friendly staff.
