“Cheery in Chatham”

The staff person Alisa who covered the breakfast time slot by making sure was everything was stocked. She went beyond the call of duty with making sure the customers had everything they need. She was great!

This a lovely hotel, very polished and clean, with beautiful furniture throughout the lobby, breakfast room and rooms. Having a prominent spot on the Main Street it’s a great spot in a beautiful town. We found Chatham to be a really special place. Breakfast was delicious and had everything we would have wanted. The room with the porch was brilliant, with a pleasant view over the park. Lots of lovely touches like cookies and sweets in the lobby. Papers provided over breakfast. Really classy hotel. The painting on the walls in the restaurant is really beautiful.

Good location with access to parking (anyone who has been to Chatham would understand the value of that). Staff is professional and friendly esp in the hotel and the hotel bar. The restaurant staff is not impressive many are unexpectedly inexperienced and many seem rather uninterested, almost procrastinating. The menu is a bit sad yet expensive. I’d recommend the restaurant just around the corner (the Impudent Oyster) - it’s great.
