The room was clean, the floors are not carpeted which was nice to see, furniture was adequate and the linens were fresh and acceptable. It was a pleasant surprise

Spacious room with very comfortable beds. Fridge, microwave, little table and two chairs were convenient to have. Very clean room and bathroom. Vinyl flooring so no smelly carpet. For fresh air you can open the window backing up to the farm fields. You can drive 25 min to Rondeau Provincial Park and Greenview Zoo in Morpeth. Also it is 1h drive to Point Pelee National Park.

“Adequate”
Adequate facilities, one of the towels was not well cleaned, the water got stuck in the bathtub, one of the bed linen was stained. A/C was too small for a two queen bed room, room didn't get cool. Other than that, there was a fridge, a microwave, a tv, coffee maker. Hot water, clean room and toilets.

“You get what you pay for.”
No breakfast was offered. Room was freezing when we arrived. Hodt said to turn heat up all the way, which we did and left it for the day and all night. Took quite awhile to get warm. We had a 2 queen bed room bit only one chair inside, found another chair outside of room to bring in. Parking lot was a bit slick also with ice and a bit of snow. It was ok but will avoid if we can in the future. Host was also nice to talk to.

“Very pleasant stay.”
Although the motel is older everything we needed worked fine and the unit was clean. The owners were extremely pleasant to deal with and accommodating. Would definitely be my first choice when back in Chatham, and financially it was an fantastic deal.

The room was roomy. It was also clean. The staff was great and even got us extra toilet paper, soap, and shampoo when hubby asked.

“The bed was comfortable, it was quiet, the owner very friendly and helpful, but it needs attention.”
There is no breakfast there and the location was a little too far out of town for my purposes.
