Lovely quiet, unfashionable village location. House Martins' unending flying exuberance. Great appliances: fridge freezer, coffee maker, washing machine, ironing board, induction hob. High ceilings. Flat facing north in high summer. Location near vineyards, supermarkets and at edge of a quieter part of the Ardeche.
