“Memorable stay at Okinawa becos of The Moana”

The staffs are kind and helpful. There is a staff who can converse in Chinese. The Japanese staffs made us feel at home during our stay at The Moana. The room is sufficiently equipped with cooking facilities and is spacious. The beds are very comfortable and clean. The location is accessible for us to take the local buses to the northern parts of Okinawa. It is walkable to American Village with a nice stroll when the weather is sunny. It is near the beach and we were able to rent a bike for free from The Moana to ride along the beach.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. My room was surprisingly spacious, giving plenty of room to relax and unwind. The bed was very comfortable. Overall, a wonderful experience — I’d definitely stay here again!

Location great for restaurants and dive shops. Room was a good size with a balcony, washing machine, tumble dryer and kitchenette. Staff were so helpful and friendly.

Great service and really nice ambience in both lobby and room. Really clean and even had a small breakfast available which we enjoyed in the lobby with the ambience. Walkable to the ocean front.

“A little gem at Sunabe Seawall”

It was so well presented and clean with great facilities and very helpful and friendly staff with 24 hour service on the front desk. Delicious pastries for breakfast included. Good location for experienced surfers being very close to Sunabe Seawall and also walking and bike riding along the Seawall. The bikes were excellent and free to use. Great restaurant just behind the property and plenty of others nearby

A slice of aloha paradise 🌺 We absolutely loved our stay at The Moana! The location was perfect, peaceful, though there were jet planes flying everyday. But close to everything we needed. The staff were exceptional: genuinely friendly, helpful, and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. Parking was easy, and the light breakfast was a sweet touch to start the day. We especially appreciated the complimentary bikes—they made it so convenient to explore the area and pop over to the grocery store and drugstore. The whole place radiates amazing vibes, with a charming aloha theme that felt both relaxing and uplifting. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into creating a thoughtful guest experience. We’d absolutely stay here again next time we’re in town. Highly recommend!

“Everything superb except the location”

The unit is like a studio apartment complete with washer + dryer, a sink, kettle, cups, cutleries, etc. The simple, complimentary breakfast of 3 small pastries and a drink was a pleasant surprise.

We were on holiday and had a car so the location was ok, and there were some restaurants nearby and sunabe seawall for snorkeling. It was clean and laundry machine worked well. Beds were comfortable. Light breakfast was ok.

Fantastic bed and shower, very clean. Didn’t eat breakfast so can’t judge that but the room was excellent and very quiet. Really enjoyed my stay and will come back again.
