1, Staff tried their best to help us when we found the motorcycles’ noise was so loud all night. They changed our room and things were better. 2, clean everywhere 3, jazz show was great

This is Okinawa's best hotel. All the facilities were clean and convenient, and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was varied and delicious. Besides breakfast, the snacks prepared by the time were all wonderful. The inside of the hotel was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The location of the hotel was very comfortable as I could walk to the American Village and the shopping mall.

The cleanliness of this hotel is immaculate. The location to American village is only a very short walk away. The ocean amd sunset views are amazing. Beautiful friendly staff, so welcoming and inviting and helpful. The food always fresh and delicious. Comfortable beds and awesome shower and bath.

Everything was perfect! The staff were very friendly, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the American Village and a great base for exploring the island by car. Breakfast was delicious as well. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The rooftop pool was fantastic- looking out west to the ocean. Also the room was very clean, with an egg bathtub and excellent shower pressure - with l’occitaine products

“Unexpected luxury.”
The staff was helpful and very polite in every situation, from small things to the taxi bookings. Amenities of quality. The 7th floor club was wonderful: the snack time choices from 2 to 6 pm are many and delicious. The pool on the terrace offers a nice view and the breakfast has many options for every taste. We will come back.
