“Amazing stay. Merci Marie Claire!!!”

If you’re after French country side, no tourists clean air and silence then Charroux is the place for you. Marie Claire’s property was perfect getaway for our family of four. Amazing hospitality and her English, better than our French. Stay away if your children are unruly as this is a sleepy village. 5 minute stroll to La Ferme Saint Sebastian Restaurant where the food is genuine French cooking and from the land. Cannot fault.

Breakfast was excellent. The room was spacious and quiet. The hosts were delightful.

Charming building in a beautiful old town and a very warm welcome from my hosts. Secure parking for my motorbike was a real advantage.

Very spacious family room with two very comfy double beds, very good bathroom. The property feels like a home from, the hosts are very kind and welcoming and the garden is lovely and peaceful. The town itself is so pretty and feels like a step back in time

The hosts are really welcoming and kind, arriving felt like coming to visit our family. The property is a beautiful old house set near the center of the historic town, with all amenities you could ask for, a pool, an open air dining area and a ping-pong table in an orchard. Beautiful surroundings, nice, fresh breakfast shared with the hosts ( we were asked, it is not obligatory if you prefer eating on your own). The room was spacious and furnished with good taste, the bedsheets were exceptionally comfy, the same I have at home! I like it when love is added to an accommodation. Thank you!
