The location was perfect for exploring Charlotte's Town and the room was a great size and good value for money. Parking was convenient as long as you don't mind paying for valet service. Friendly staff and lots of eateries near by.

“Absolutely fabulous...my go to PEI Hotel”
The staff on the front desk are top notch. They were always happy and smiling. My mum and I were always greeted with a good morning or hello when coming and going. Rooms were so clean and fresh. This was not my first stay at this glorious hotel.

“Not great and concerns raised are ignored!”
1. The cleanliness of the dining area leaves a lot to be desired. Our seats were very unclean - serious need to give them a deep clean. 2. Housekeeping made up one of the beds in our room overnight - leaving the second bed unmade and not replacing any towels! 3. Most concerning of all, on checking the final bills, I noted a 50dollar charge on the final account for one of our rooms with no explanation whatsoever. I queried this with the front desk, who took it off. This is a concern as it appears nothing less than an attempt to gain under false pretences.

“Excellent stay in Charlottetown”
Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. The location of the Holman Grand was very convenient, a short walk to the harbour and right across from the theatre and gallery. The view over the city and harbour was lovely.

Lovely hotel in a fantastic - within walking distance of shops, restaurants and all the main sites. Staff were really nice as well.
