Some inexperienced receptionist insisted I had to present a secondary credit card and went on to tell me it is standard practice. Do not expect anything but mistreatment and contempt from this place. My prepaid booking, breakfast and money were lost. Hilton really should reconsider connecting their brandname to this place.

“Good 4 night stay”
Proximity to downtown and easy walk to places we wanted to go to. Buffet breakfast included. Hot drinks are available 24hr. Clean. Comfy bed. Iron available.

“Excellent location and facilities”
Very decent suites with excellent facilities (indoor pool, extensive gym, free laundry, kitchenette). Good location just a short walk from the main street. Decent-sized room for our family of 5.

Very impressed. Large room with comfortable bed, a good sized desk to work at and a little kitchen area. Very convenient for downtown and about 10 minutes walk from the Amtrak station. I felt very comfortable there. The breakfast buffet is comprehensive and reasonable quality. And ignore comments about being woken up by trains in the night; they're out of date as they don't blow their horns going through Charlottesville any more!

Good location with a short walk to bars and restaurants, clean and comfortable rooms and easy to park at the hotel. We didn't stop for breakfast but it looked good with a choice of options available.

“Very Disappointed”
Our bed wasn’t properly made/cleaned and the remote was missing. The front desk was helpful, but then our tv lost connection for about 30 mins. In the morning, we found that our coffee pot didn’t work. Super disappointed, especially for the price we paid.
