I stayed for 3 nights and they didn't do the housekeeping in any. I complained but nothing changed.

“It’s fine for a night”
They had a good breakfast en I liked the fitnessroom. The room was comfy enough. Beds were fine. The room looks clean overall, there were some hairs in the bathroom though.

“Clean and comfortable.”
Clean room with comfortable beds and reliable WiFi. The staff were pleasant and professional. The location is a quick drive to UVA and downtown Charlottesville, although not really walkable.

“A part the accident of the bedsheets the rooms are fine and the personnel was nice.”
The hotel is calm and silent although close to a large road. It is very practical for travelers who don’t want to enter in the downtown. The rooms are large and include all standard facilities.

The hotel was listed as pet friendly via Booking. I pre-paid and arrived at the hotel to find signs "no pets allowed." The staffer on duty checked with the manager who said I'd be refunded in the AM.
