The hotel is set atop of the hill overlooking St. Thomas waterfront. A very pleasant welcome by both Carol and Kevin making us feel very at home. The room was lovely, very nicely decorated in clean tropical colours. The view of Saint Thomas was amazing. Quiet location. Not far from Sugar Cane Grill Restaurant.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful location. The owners were super helpful and the room was very comfortable.

Comfortable beds, clean, great view. It was nice that every location was on a different level. It made it feel more private. Lots of beautiful plants. Great pool with lots of room around it. Host was extremely friendly and helpful. Great customer service. And only 10 minute walk to the main street with the restaurants and shops.

Awesome spot nestles in the hills but be prepared to walk the 99 steps many times!

Lyndsey and Chase were charming and very helpfull. We are deaf, and they communicated us via text messages and this was great! Everything we requested, they served us. Location and parking were great. The view from our room's balcony was fantastic, wite great sunsets.

I booked this hotel based on the a traveler similar to me who travels the world but prefers boutique hotels vs corporate hotels. This place is amazing. Absolutely beautiful. Private. Quiet. Amazing views of the city. The manager Lyndsey greeted me upon arrival. My room had a small kitchen which was great and worth it just for the use of a fridge alone. The view from my patio … spectacular overlooking the city and the ocean. There are two resident Iguanas, tons of hummingbirds, an outdoor grill, numerous quiet tucked away places to read and a small pool to relax and read while overlooking the city. (If you have younger kids, the pool is perfect as it’s only like 4 ft deep) Tons of plants and greenery to give you that tropical island feel. It’s maybe a 10 minute walk to the city and there’s a local corner store half way down the hill if you need a quick item. If you are looking to RELAX and chill out, this is the place for you. Amazing find and you won’t be disappointed.
