It is impossible to get in after 8pm eventhough it is written on the page and they said it in a private message that it is alright if i arrive between 8pm and midnight. It was dirty. There was no breakfast eventhough the paper is on the door saying that it’s available. The lady at the reception said that they don’t do it since a long time…. So why is the paper outside?? Saying that it’s available???? Out of 5 toilets only 1 was working on my floor, the same with the showr blocs, the others were locked down. Very unpleasent experience

I have paid for the property, I was not able to get in, because automat check in machine was not working. They did not gave me my money back after calling them and request the refund.
