“Exceptional stay”
Customer service was superb. Breakfast was full of variety and plentiful. Has well equipped rooms with comfortable beds and great kitchen. Everywhere was clean and tidy. We were only in Charleston for two nights but could have happily stayed at this motel longer.

We loved our stay here. The staff were professional and very helpful. The facilities were fantastic! Free laundry facilities was very appreciated. Breakfasts had excellent variety. Offered many perks for guests including complimentary entree with beer or wine.

“No Mercy or care about a potential continuing client for the future, unable to say anything +”
Unable to go due to a medical emergency and asked the hotel and booking.com to make an exception and refund my charge as I couldn't make the trip.
