“Not a bad hotel, with a very cordial staff; would stay again.”
Heather at the front desk was exceptional. Great insight on the Charleston area and sights. Impressive language skills communicating with Spanish language patrons. She needs extra language pay. Great customer service. The lady who takes care of the breakfast was very nice. The maintenance guy cleaning my A/C was very thorough.

“We were not expecting a 4 star. This was showing it's age and needed a good up-grade/revamp.”
Location. Easy access to Interstate. Food, shopping and airport nearby. Quiet.

Rooms smelled like smoke. Bathroom smelled like urine. Elevator was filthy. I had a cockroach in my room.

“A decent hotel for a quick trip.”
The hotel was very close to the venue we were there for (Carolina Ice Palace). The staff was friendly. I appreciated the extra steps the man who checked us in took, he pointed to our room number instead of saying it out loud for all the lobby to hear.It was very short driving distance to downtown Charleston, so that was also nice!

“Beautiful rooms, a good stay”
We stayed for two nights and enjoyed the nice rooms, fairly modern and comfortable. Good standards of cleanliness and friendly staff, we had a great stay - would definitely stay again!
