The hotel was in a great location, and the room was a good size. The car park wasn’t too far from the hotel, and it was convenient enough to drop luggage at the hotel then drive to the car park. The happy hour/free cookies were a nice touch.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel in Charleston! Everything was beyond comfortable, and we truly felt relaxed from the moment we arrived. The room was spotless, very comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff were incredibly kind, warm, and always ready to help with anything we needed. One of the highlights was the fantastic courtyard – perfect for enjoying breakfast in the morning, and in the afternoon they offer wine and cheese, which made the experience even more special. The entire atmosphere of the hotel is charming and welcoming, and we would definitely come back. Highly recommended!"

Enjoyed the excellent location, large room and bathroom, wonderful breakfasts with either indoor or outdoor seating, helpful staff and nightly wine and cheese.

I loved the location - very central. The facilities were great - easy access to a comfy room via elevator and downstairs a spa pool. Breakfast, afternoon and evening treats added a special touch. I also enjoyed the courtyard for breakfast and relaxing.

Old and characterful. Cheese and wine at 5pm and home made cookies later on were very welcome! Courtyard seating area calming and attractively laid out, and hotel was quiet.

The courtyard was a really nice place for evening wine and breakfast. The room was far from Meeting Street that the traffic was simply not an issue. The room was lovely

“Decent for short stays”
The room was clean and spacious. I'm not a big fan of carpet, but otherwise this was totally fine. Lots of towels, AC could be turned off and the balcony back door enabled me to get some nice fresh air in. Simple, but sufficient breakfast (and included in the price!).
